I began November on a nice little weekend away in Norfolk, I love it there. It was very chilly and not the brightest of weather but good food and company made for a very nice weekend away.
I recently spent a lovely afternoon working at Camelot pampering the ladies ahead of their Christmas party. I have glammed a few ladies at my studio recently too ahead of festive fun but I always forget to take photos, must try harder!
My makeup workshops have been so enjoyable, thank you so much to those of you who have attended! I am hoping to do lots more of these in 2024 so do check social media and my website for updates! These are really fun and relaxed in small groups of 4-5 and include fizz, nibbles and a goody bag.
Some really varied hairstyling lately, it is easier to take photos of hair than makeup I find. I always seem to forget by the time the makeup is finished but I will make a conscious effort going forward :)
I just did a Lino printing workshop last week and made some lovely festive cards. Check out https://www.rocknwoolcreations.co.uk she has some great crafty fun to get involved with.
I also made two Christmas puddings, the Christmas cake is on this week's to do list! So a fun filled November that actually went very quickly which is great as I hate this cold, dark time of year. Christmas is the only good thing about winter as far as I'm concerned, roll on Spring!
I aim to post my December update before the Christmas holidays! I have written it in black and white now so no going back! Until then hope you enjoy the December festivities.
I have just launched gift cards in time for Christmas these are available to purchase directly on my website. They can used against all makeup and hair services including lessons, workshops, bridal & special occasion. If you are looking for a different gift this year for a loved one do check out my website www.nikimakeup.co.uk
