Friday Fave!: OLAPLEX No.6

I have been using OLAPLEX NO.6 as a leave-in hydrating treatment after drying my hair since it launched last year.  I apply a small amount to my fingertips and smooth through my hair after drying mostly to the mid-lengths and ends. This small amount tames frizz, adds shine and moisture to my hair which definitely feels much stronger and shinier.  I love that it doesn't weigh the hair down or leave a greasy residue.
My hairdresser commented that my hair was in a very healthy condition considering it is so long and highlighted, I think OLAPLEX No. 6 has something to do with that! You only need to use a small amount as it is concentrated, the bottle will certainly last you well.  It can also be applied to damp hair and combed through and will offer heat protection and speed up blow drying!  I prefer to use it as a leave-in styling treatment after drying as it finishes my hair by adding beautiful smoothness and shine that I didn't have before!

Made from natural and vegan ingredients it smoothes, repairs and strengthens all hair types. OLAPLEX is a singular molecule developed by world-class material scientists.  A unique chemistry that is an absolute "Game Changer" I love it!  It also contains Coconut oil and Vitamin E as well as OLAPLEX.

Top Tip: Apply at night for amazing next day hair.

Friday Fave! La Mer The Eye Balm Intense

Continuing from Last week's luxurious skincare "Friday Fave" post I am happy to share with you my all time favourite eye moisturiser... drumroll please....The Eye balm Intense by Crème de la Mer!

This eye balm is a true miracle in a pot as far as I am concerned along with many others I might add just read the reviews!

I began using this cream in my early twenties when I randomly developed Eczema on my eyelids and after talking with the Creme de la Mer consultants and reading up on the brand and reviews I decided to give it a try. My eczema immediately improved and believe me I had tried a lot of different lotions and potions including prescribed medication. Very quickly my eczema became well controlled using this eye balm to the point when it eventually went away.  I occasionally can feel a flare up starting due to seasonal changes so I simply apply a little more than usual twice daily and it stops it in its tracks every time!
I therefore swear by this miracle eye balm, I am very happy with it and would never change.  I believe the appearance of the skin around my eyes is all thanks to this little pot of pure magic!

The balm smoothes the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and diminishes puffiness.  Deeply emollient, it conditions, hydrates and softens.

Key Ingredient: Miracle Broth TM & Marine De-Puff Ferment TM.

£160.00 15ml (it lasts ages though as you do not need to apply a lot).

Friday Fave: Paul Mitchell Color Protect Daily Conditioner 300ml

This week's "Friday Fave" is Paul Mitchell Color Protect Daily Conditioner which I have been using for a good month or so now.  I am a huge fan and indeed of the daily shampoo.

This is excellent for colour treated hair.  My hair colourist for the first time ever said my hair seemed in much better condition, I am convinced it is totally down to this Paul Mitchell shampoo and conditioner combo!

Enriched with proteins, amino acids and panthenol it strengthens and moisturises helping to repair colour treated hair.

Apply a small amount to your palms and massage into the hair, you will notice hair instantly de- tangles and feels silky and smooth.

My hair feels shinier and healthier than it has in a long time. I recommend using this in conjunction with the daily shampoo (£11.75).

Paul Mitchell Color Protect Daily Conditioner Retails at £14.50
