Friday Fave! - Label.M Texturising Volume Spray

I love this product, it is a firm staple in my professional hair kit and I have been using it for the last few years.

It is a dry mist that creates instant textured height and volume to the hair. It has a dry shampoo texture with the hold of a hairspray and is not sticky.

I apply it at the roots of the hair and then use either my fingers to massage and lift the hair or a comb to back comb for more volume.  I have used it on short, medium and long hair styles and on both fine and thick hair and the result is consistently good.  A little goes a long way, don't use too much just one short blast is sufficient.

Friday Fave: Paul Mitchell Color Protect Daily Conditioner 300ml

This week's "Friday Fave" is Paul Mitchell Color Protect Daily Conditioner which I have been using for a good month or so now.  I am a huge fan and indeed of the daily shampoo.

This is excellent for colour treated hair.  My hair colourist for the first time ever said my hair seemed in much better condition, I am convinced it is totally down to this Paul Mitchell shampoo and conditioner combo!

Enriched with proteins, amino acids and panthenol it strengthens and moisturises helping to repair colour treated hair.

Apply a small amount to your palms and massage into the hair, you will notice hair instantly de- tangles and feels silky and smooth.

My hair feels shinier and healthier than it has in a long time. I recommend using this in conjunction with the daily shampoo (£11.75).

A Cortijo Del Marqués Wedding

Back at the beginning of June I did wedding Hair and Makeup for Laura and her mum and Aunt in Granada, Spain at the idyllic Cortijo Del Marqués. The weather was perfect, not too hot and it really was an absolute pleasure to work at such a beautiful venue.

Micellar waters have been popular for cleansing in recent years and these new one's by L'oréal come in nice big bottles to suit different skin types, a big thumbs up from me.



I love this hairspray! It smells good, achieves long-lasting hold without clogging hair and finishes with a nice shine to boot.  I like the handy 1.5 oz handbag size too : )



In love with Nars blushers at the moment. Shade 'Orgasm' has always been a favourite but both 'Deep throat' and 'Desire' are great for creating a fresh pink flush.  Shade 'Nico' is a stunning highlighter I use it in combination with these pinks to achieve a gorgeous glow.



I love Kiko lip products in general for packaging, price, longevity, colour choice the list goes on ... This 3D Hydra lipgloss in shade '04' creates a stunning glossy full lip.  I have been applying it over all different lip shades and it always looks amazing.

January Update!
